A walk through NCQA’s Health Equity Accreditation program for organizations new to NCQA, to help them understand program requirements and the anatomy of each standard. Attendees will gain knowledge to build upon an organization’s internal culture and collect data on race, ethnicity, language, gender identity, and sexual orientation. Challenges, opportunities, and solutions will be highlighted, along with key resources needed to support an organization’s equity work.
