The Women in Quality reception is more than just an event—it’s a movement toward greater inclusivity and collaboration in health care quality. Women are driving innovation, ensuring excellence and fostering transformative change every day. We want to encourage a supportive community where attendees—regardless of their gender identity—work together to address challenges, celebrate successes and plan the future of quality.
The reception will feature a 30-minute panel discussion on taking the next step into leadership. You’ll hear inspirational stories from leaders in quality and engage in live Q&A for practical advice on advancing your personal and professional journey. After the discussion, you’ll have time to network with panelists and fellow attendees.
The discussion will comprise three segments:
- Cultivate Yourself: Finding your purpose, using your voice, traveling your own journey.
- Collaborate & Connect. Building meaningful relationships and a trusted network.
- Create a Culture of Quality. Identifying and evaluating strategies in the workforce that are effective in advancing women into leadership roles.
Do Some Prep!
We encourage you to take 15–20 minutes before the event to reflect on your journey—where you are, where you want to be tomorrow. Consider:
- Who is your authentic self?
- What is your purpose?
- What could be different?
Have you run across challenges or sticking points? Maybe you’re wondering what to do next. We’d love to hear your thoughts! You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions in person, but we’d like to get them in advance so our panelists can address them more fully. Submit your questions now!
Show Your Support!
Because October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, we encourage attendees to wear pink on Friday, November 1. This is a great way to show your support for Breast Cancer Awareness, and for Women in Quality. All are welcome to participate!
