Dr. Elliott is Vice President of Quality Implementation at NCQA with over 30 years’ experience in the evaluation of health care quality. Dr. Elliott is responsible for providing strategic direction on measures development and use for HEDIS and other national evaluation programs. She is leading the adaptation of measurement and standards as part of health care digital transformation. Dr. Elliott oversees NCQA HEDIS measures related to antibiotic stewardship and maintains subject matter expertise on use and application among programs. Prior to NCQA, Dr. Elliott worked at Northwestern Medicine as the Director of Quality for rural health, the National Quality Forum as the Senior Managing Director of measurement science and application and The Joint Commission as the Director of quality measurement.
