As AVP, provider analytics at BHI, Emily's focus is on provider performance management, network optimization, and value-based reimbursement. She is also responsible for driving plan adoption and leading the innovation of BHI’s provider and network offerings.
Emily has broad experience in population health analytics and product development in healthcare. Her most recent role was as executive director, VBC innovation analytics at CVS Health, where she was responsible for testing and learning different value-based contracting solutions and strategies for Medicare members. Emily also held the position of executive director, kidney care analytics, where she led a data science team that developed analytics leveraged in contracting, care management, and provider clinics for patients with CKD and ESRD. Prior to joining CVS Health, Emily spent her career in project management, strategy, and sales roles at Health Dialog and Bupa. Highlights included managing distribution networks for IPMI products in Africa and Eastern Europe.
Emily holds a degree in archaeology and anthropology from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Columbia University.
