Noah is a manager of recognition policy within NCQA's Product and Customer Operations department, where he acts as a subject matter expert on behavioral health recognition programs as well as a certified content expert for NCQA's Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition program. Noah Hammes has several years of experience in the behavioral health and healthcare federal and state policy spaces, as well as a background in behavioral health and public health program development and evaluation. Noah received his BA from the University of Rochester and his MPH from UNC Chapel Hill.
