Amy Hartje is an experienced nursing and healthcare interoperability professional with over 26 years of experience. Amy is currently the Director of Client Account Management and Clinical Quality at MRO, where she is responsible for managing different provider clients within the payer solutions division of the organization. She played an integral role in MRO’s successful participation in NCQA’s DAV program, while educating her peers on topics such as CMS, HEDIS, PCMH measure collection, validation and criteria for calculation. Amy spent her career as a registered nurse in ICU, Emergency, and Flight care delivery weaving quality and interoperability into each role. Prior to coming to MRO her most recent role was trauma coordinator in Illinois for an ACS Committee on Trauma level one verified trauma center. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Saint Anthony College of Nursing, and maintains her nursing certification.
