Larry Mull is Deputy Director of Program Evaluation at NC Medicaid. He and his team evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives such as Tailored Care Management, Healthy Opportunities, and Children and Family Specialty Plans that are transforming healthcare in North Carolina. His team oversees clinical quality monitoring, federal-facing monitoring, survey administration, and internal and external evaluation for all NC Medicaid lines of business. Larry also serves as the business lead for programmatic integration between NC Medicaid and NC HealthConnex (the State health information exchange).
