 Rosalyn Perkins is a passionate Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to expanding healthcare access through digital innovation. With over a decade of experience, she has been a driving force in advancing telemedicine and leading high-risk pregnancy programs across Arkansas, ensuring quality care for underserved communities. 

Her leadership and commitment to healthcare equity have earned her prestigious accolades, including the About You magazine (AY) Best Women in Health Care Award and the Dr. Edith Irby Jones Lifetime Achievement Award. She holds a Master of Nursing Science from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and is certified in Women’s Health Nursing. 

As the Advanced Practice Coordinator and Director of the High-Risk Pregnancy Program at UAMS Institute for Digital Health & Innovation, Rosalyn continues to pioneer transformative initiatives that bridge healthcare gaps, particularly in rural areas. Through innovation and advocacy, she remains dedicated to shaping the future of digital healthcare.
