Peggy Oehlmann is the Director of Program Management for Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients (CRISP), the state-designated Health Information Exchange for Maryland. In this role, Peggy oversees the team leading CRISP’s initiatives to support health care transformation programs centered on care redesign, practice transformation, advanced primary care and digital quality measures.
Throughout her career, Peggy has worked almost exclusively on quality improvement for publicly financed health care initiatives. She has worked at a broad array of health care organizations including: Health Quality Innovators, the Association for Community Affiliated Plans, the Center for Health Care Strategies, and Fallon Community Health Plan. She is the author of three toolkits designed to improve care for vulnerable populations: “Improving Birth Outcomes,” “Improving Preventive Care Services for Children,” and “Improving Managed Care for Children with Special Health Care Needs.”
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tulane University and a Master of Science in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health.
