To restructure and redeploy its Quality Division in 2023, the Carelon Behavioral Health used the Behavioral Health Framework and road map published by NCQA, which resulted in an overall improvement in support for members. This session provides a demonstration of the framework in action and real-life examples of the quality department’s transformation as a result of this new approach.
