Claudette Greenway, MBA, RN, CPHQ

Claudette Greenway serves as Executive Director of Patient Care Services for Warren Clinic, a part of Saint Francis Health System. In her role, Claudette provides leadership for patient safety, quality, and clinical education.

Claudette has extensive experience in healthcare administration including quality improvement and operational management. Prior to joining Saint Francis, Claudette worked in health system and academic medical group practices. Her career highlights include working with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and The Joint Commission on quality performance measure development and implementation. In addition, she has worked closely with ACOs, CINs, and private practice groups to improve quality and enhance the patient experience.

Claudette is passionate about improving care for patients and their families as well as supporting providers to ensure high quality healthcare for all patients.
