Cindy has more than 35 years of healthcare experience in a variety of settings. Cindy’s expertise spans across operations, network relations, and the use of analytics in support of clinical programs to optimize quality and financial and resource utilization. Cindy has managed cross-disciplinary teams supporting system implementations, product development, business operations, and meeting regulatory requirements. As a subject matter expert, she is called upon to share her knowledge of current trends in health care, analytics, and technology.

Cindy attained a Black Belt in Six Sigma and uses these principles to drive strategies to support clients’ business goals and workflow efficiencies. In addition, she is a Change Management Professional Certified and a Certified Change Agent.
Cindy lives in Helena, Montana with her husband, David. She enjoys living in Big Sky country and enjoys all outdoor sports and activities.
