Kathleen Provanzana, MD is a Medical Director of Quality and Patient Safety focusing on ambulatory care at OhioHealth. She is a family physician with over 25 years of experience and has worked in both hospital and ambulatory quality. She is currently focusing on innovation and culture to excel improvement in primary care. Dr. Provanzana completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame, her medical degree at The Ohio State University, and her post graduate training at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
