Keep in Mind
- We accept only credit card payments.
- We reserve the right to review any registration at these exclusive rates, at our discretion.
- Non-qualifying registrants will be notified within five business days of registration.
- Special rates are not retroactive to prior registrations.
- Additional discounts may not be applied to group rate registration.
- To qualify for the FQHC/government rate, you must be employed by the government/have a government or military ID.
- To qualify for the non-profit rate, you must be a 501(c) (3) or 501(c) (6).
- We advise waiting to book your hotel until your registration is confirmed. The hotel booking links will be included in the registration confirmation email.

NCQA is aware of the solicitation for the unauthorized sale of NCQA's Health Information Summit attendee list. These types of solicitations occur without NCQA's permission. NCQA owns all program materials, including attendee registrations and contact information, and does not authorize the sale, display or distribution of this information by any party.
In addition, NCQA does not use third parties to book rooms, register for passes or offer other planning or marketing services. Our contracted vendor partners include Freeman, Encore, Gaylord Pacific, American Tradeshow Services, Swoogo, Swapcard, and MapYourShow. Please be cautious of these requests and check with our team before providing information or purchasing any products/services.
