Kat is a dedicated Community Engagement Manager at the Community Action Association of Pennsylvania (CAAP). As part of the community engagement team, she plays a key role in the PA Navigate project, a statewide initiative connecting individuals and healthcare providers with community-based organizations to address social determinants of health. Kat provides technical assistance, onboarding support, and engagement strategies to help organizations across Pennsylvania integrate with the PA Navigate platform and better serve their communities. 

With over a decade of experience in program management and leadership at community-based organizations, Kat has a deep passion for bridging gaps in healthcare and social services. She previously worked with the Olivet Boys & Girls Club in Reading, PA, and the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers in Camden, NJ, where she helped design and implement programs that support individuals with complex needs. 

After earning her graduate degree, Kat furthered her commitment to service by completing a year with AmeriCorps, helping individuals navigate medical and social challenges by connecting them with vital resources. Her career has been shaped by a drive to create meaningful change, empower communities, and improve access to essential services for those who need it most.
