No, there are not exhibitor-only passes. Sponsors and exhibitors will need to purchase conference passes beyond those provided in their packages at cost.
You have access to all sessions, the Health Innovation Pavilion, daily breakfast, lunch and snacks as well as exhibit hall networking receptions.
Yes, breakfast, lunch and snacks will be served daily in the Health Innovation Pavilion.
Invoices are not accepted. Only credit card payment is accepted.
Yes. Contact Customer Support through My NCQA, or call 888-275-7585. Registrants who cancel by August 20 are entitled to a refund of the registration fee paid, minus a processing fee of $250.00.
No refund will be given after August 20, but registrants have the option to transfer their registration to someone else and/or to the 2027 summit.
Yes. You can transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization. Contact Customer Support through My NCQA, or call 888-275-7585 at least 1 week before the event.
HOTEL ACCOMODATION
You can book your hotel immediately after finalizing your conference registration.
Yes. You can book within the NCQA room block at the discounted rate of $339 per night (excluding taxes and fees). Room block reservations for attendees are available through September19, or until the block is sold out.

The resort fee is $35 plus taxes but includes the following:
- Enhanced in-room wireless internet access for up to six devices.
- Basic wireless internet access in public areas and convention center on a shared network.
- Two bottled waters replenished daily in your guest room.
- Access to fitness center and water park.
- Local, toll-free and domestic long-distance telephone calls.
- $10 credit toward dry-clean service.
- Daily newspaper available in Key Provisions.
- Coupon book with a valued savings of over $100.
- Scheduled shuttle service to trolley stop.
SESSIONS
A digital syllabus, presentation slides and materials will be shared with registrants electronically through the conference app.

SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS
Sponsors and exhibitors are required to submit payment by September 4, 2026. Failure to remit payment by this date will result in termination of the elected benefits described in the Letter of Request for the sponsorship package and exhibitor assignment.
- Notification of intent to cancel must be provided to NCQA in writing through an authorized company representative. Cancellations before July 24 will result in forfeiture of 50% of the contribution amount and loss of all associated benefits.
- Cancellations after July 24 will result in forfeiture of the full contribution amount, but the sponsor/exhibitor may retain certain benefits. Refer to NCQA’s terms and conditions in your sponsorship contract for full details.
- Upon cancellation, NCQA reserves the right to cancel a sponsor/exhibitor’s reserved hotel sleeping room blocks. Additional fees or penalties (e.g., hotel sleeping rooms, materials, services, shipping, materials handling) associated with cancellation are at the expense of the sponsor/exhibitor. NCQA will not refund the cost of passes purchased prior to cancellation.
Yes, please see our Exhibitor Addendum for all our policies and guidelines. A signed addendum is required by all exhibiting organizations.
The exhibitor service kit will be provided by our official show contractor, The Freeman Company. Service kits will be available in our Resource Center by August 10
No. The Georgia World Congress Convention Center is not carpeted. Exhibitors will need to ship or purchase flooring for their exhibit booth. Flooring is at the expense of the exhibitor unless otherwise contracted with NCQA. NCQA will force carpeting on any booth that does not have flooring installed by 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 4. This will be charged to the exhibitor.
Yes. To be eligible to host affiliate events at the official Summit hotel, supporters must submit the affiliate event request. All events must be approved by NCQA and adhere to our Affiliate Event Guidelines here.
Although the Call for Abstracts has closed, there are limited opportunities for sponsors/exhibitors to purchase presentations in the Digital Innovation Theater or a Quality Conversation panel discussion. Download our prospectus for full details, or contact David Gordon about availability.
Yes, all registrations include access to all sessions, the Health Innovation Pavilion, daily meals, and networking receptions.
Exhibitors may begin moving in on Sunday, October 4 at 8:00 a.m. All exhibits must be set-up by 4:00 p.m., without exception. Exhibits officially close at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6. Exhibitors may not dismantle exhibits until the official closing time. Early dismantle will be considered a violation of the Exhibitor Addendum and subject to penalties; see the section Violation of Guidelines Policy for more information. All exhibitors must clear the exhibit hall by 8:00 p.m.
No. Third-party contractors that provide labor for booth set-up will receive a wrist band (they will not receive a badge) for access to the show floor when they check in at the Registration area. After 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 4, contractors will no longer be permitted on the show floor.
Exhibitors with a 20x20 booth may submit a request for additional set-up time. Submit requests to Sarah Willis-Garcia for additional set-up time by September 4. All other exhibitors will not be permitted on to the show floor before Sunday, October 4.
No. Neither NCQA nor Freeman requires an EAC form to exhibit at the summit.
