Description

As healthcare  organizations transition from retrospective reporting to more timely, interoperable quality measurement, many are grappling with how to operationalize digital quality measures within everyday care delivery. This session brings together perspectives from Oracle Health, NCQA and Advocate Health to explore how digital HEDIS® measures are being implemented in real‑world health IT environments to support clinical decision‑making, reduce administrative burden and strengthen value‑based care efforts.

Speakers will share practical insights from integrating digital quality measurement closer to the point of care, including how real‑time data exchange surfaces actionable quality insights  within clinical workflows. The discussion will highlight both successes and challenges encountered during implementation, such as workflow integration, data standardization and scaling execution across diverse care settings.

Attendees will learn how organizations are using digital HEDIS to improve the usability and trustworthiness of quality data for care teams, support more meaningful patient engagement and align quality measurement with operational and financial goals. Rather than focusing on theory, this session emphasizes lessons learned from experience and the approaches used d today.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how digital HEDIS® measures can be integrated into care delivery workflows.
  • Identify common challenges and success factors in implementing digital quality measurement at scale.
  • Explore how point‑of‑care quality insights support clinical, operational and value‑based care objectives.
