Colleen Murtagh, RN, MHA, has been a Director of Health Care Quality at Capital District Physicians' Health Plan, Inc. (CDPHP) for 7 years.  She has oversight of the HEDIS medical record review data collection and Natural Language Processing (NLP) initiative and interventions.  She works closely with the clinical informatics team to help plan and design the collection of non-standard data throughout the year to ensure the health plan has the most comprehensive picture of our member's health.

She has more than 30 years of health care experience working in Quality Managment and bedside nursing.  Ms. Murtagh earned a Bachelor of Arts from Stonehill College, as well as a master's dgreein health care administration from Northeastern University.  She currently holds a certification as a coder though AACP and is an active member of Cotiviti's Product Advisory Board.
