Keep in Mind

• We accept only credit card payment.
• We reserve the right to review any registration at these exclusive rates, at our discretion.
• Non-qualifying registrants will be notified within 5 business days of registration.
• Special rates are not retroactive to prior registrations.
• Additional discounts may not be applied to group rate registration.
• To qualify for the FQHC/government rate, you must be employed by the government/have a government or military ID.
• To qualify for the non-profit rate, you must be a 501(c) (3) or 501(c) (6).
• We advise waiting to book your hotel until your registration is confirmed. The hotel booking link will be in the registration confirmation email.

Unauthorized Notices About Attendee Lists

NCQA is aware that some sponsors and registered attendees of NCQA’s Health Innovation Summit have received emails offering to provide a list of attendees for the Summit. NCQA never sells the attendee list and does not use any third parties to offer marketing services to Summit sponsors or attendees. The organizations sending these offers are not affiliated with NCQA in any way and are not authorized to provide or sell attendee lists. All communications about Summit will come from NCQA staff.

Below is a list of companies we are aware of that have been offering to provide attendee lists for Summit 2025. As stated above, they are NOT affiliated with NCQA and should be avoided. NCQA cannot verify the accuracy of their services and they may be a scam. If you receive a call or email from any company offering to provide a list of summit attendees, please contact Sarah Willis-Garcia.

Note for Groups

There will be a unique code to use to register each person in your group. Please email ncqasummit@ncqa.org to receive the code. If you do not have all the names in your group at time of purchase, then please put in place holder names to lock in and confirm the discounted pricing. If names are added after purchase, then the discounted pricing is not guaranteed/pricing could vary depending on the date of purchase.

Group purchases cannot be combined with any other discounts and are not available to Government/FQHC/Non-profit attendee registration.
