Patrice Kingsley serves as the Strategic Operations Manager for the Office of the CEO at CareFirst. In this role she manages CareFirst Workforce Development efforts and drives strategy and alignment of Social Drivers of Health (SDOH) initiatives across the enterprise. During her 10-year tenure at CareFirst, Patrice has managed population health and community health initiatives to improve the accessibility and affordability of care for CareFirst members and communities, including launching the CareFirst Engagement Centers.

Prior to joining CareFirst, Patrice managed national culinary and nutrition education programs with Share Our Strength and the Congressional Hunger Center. She earned her Bachelor of Political Science from North Carolina Central University, and her Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland. She serves on the board of The Central Maryland Transportation Alliance, Baltimore City Workforce Board, Bikemore, the Workforce Leadership Academy Advisory Council.
