Dr. Jennifer Woodward is triple boarded in Family Medicine, Clinical Informatics, and Preventive Medicine and Public Health. She serves as Medical Director for Quality & Performance Measurement at the American Academy of Family Physicians while simultaneously serving as an Assistant Professor and practicing primary care physician at the University of Kansas (KU) Health System. In addition to clinical and teaching responsibilities, Dr. Woodward assists with practice transformation, informatics, performance measurement, and population health projects for both the AAFP and KU Health System. Dr. Woodward's areas of interest include social determinants of health, health equity, provider satisfaction and efficiency, clinical decision support tools, healthcare team-based care, and improving population health outcomes.
