As Vice President of Population Health Impact at Aledade, Tamara leads efforts to integrate equity into health care delivery, ensuring that all populations benefit from high-quality, coordinated care.

A registered nurse by training with advanced certifications in Lean Six Sigma (LSSGB), Project Management (PMP), and Executive Management (EMC), Tamara combines her clinical expertise with a strong foundation in performance improvement and strategic management.
