Tiffani Morman is currently a Senior Clinical Strategy Advisor RN at Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND. With 23 years of experience as an RN, Tiffani has a diverse background in various healthcare settings.

Prior to her current role, Tiffani spent 13 years at CVS/Aetna, working in the Clinical Claim Review and Payment Integrity departments. She holds a Certified Professional Coder Certification through AAPC, which she has maintained for the past 5 years.

The first 11 years of Tiffani’s nursing career were dedicated to Oncology, ER Nursing, and Home Health and Hospice care. This extensive experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of patient care and clinical operations.
