Lindsey Darnell is the Product Manager for Quality Measurement at Blue Health Intelligence (BHI), where she leads initiatives focused on provider performance, network optimization, and value-based care. With a strong clinical and technical background, Lindsey has successfully spearheaded BHI’s HEDIS® certification efforts and most recently led the implementation of NCQA’s Digital Content Services.

A Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from Chatham University, Lindsey brings deep healthcare expertise shaped by her experience in ICU settings, Case Management, and Population Health. Her diverse background enables her to bridge clinical insight with data-driven innovation to support high-quality, scalable solutions for healthcare organizations.

Lindsey is particularly passionate about the transition to digital quality measurement and has been an active participant in NCQA’s Digital Content Services Early Adopter Program. Through her leadership, she continues to contribute to the advancement of digital health initiatives that drive measurable improvements in care quality and system performance.
