Julie’s passion began early, consulting to health systems, but after personally enduring weeks of hospital bed rest and 30 years as a caregiver for serious mental illness, she’s lived healthcare’s challenges. She endeavors to help create a system people want to use for one of the most important things in life - health. Julie has held leadership roles in health IT consulting, investment firms, and non-profits, and helped take a company public. Julie joined TCAP after building Health Evolution, the premier convener of healthcare’s most influential leaders.
Julie serves on the Board of NCQA and DexCare (observer), the Advisory Board for UPenn’s Leonard Davis Institute, and the Advisory Board for Prealize. She is also an EIR with the Scottsdale Institute, a contributor to the 4Sight Health Roundup podcast, and a member of the Franklin & Marshall College Leadership Council. Julie received her MBA in Healthcare & Operations from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her BA in Business from Franklin and Marshall College. Julie has two children and an adorable yellow lab. She will do anything for a splat point at Orange Theory, having fully embraced gamification, longs for the next dive trip, and is a reluctant pickleball convert.
