He is a passionate and determined leader who has spent his career leveraging data to inform and scale solutions to improve health and health-related social needs. Eric has a PhD in Nutritional Biology and a BS in Animal Science, both from the University of California, Davis. Eric proudly serves on the board of directors of Leah’s Pantry, the leading voice in trauma-informed nutrition security.
