She is also helping lead Verifiable’s next phase of governed AI in credentialing, partnering closely with customers and NCQA to advance responsible, standards-aligned innovation. Janan brings a decade of experience scaling operations across healthcare organizations, including Optum, Tomorrow Health, and NJHCQI, grounded in public health and health policy. She studied public health at the University of Pennsylvania and is based in Brooklyn, New York.
