Dr. Phuong Quach has a Psy.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy and is both an administrator and clinician. She is currently an Assistant Medical Services Administrator with the County of San Diego’s Behavioral Health Services department on the Office of Programs and Services team. Along with her team, she supports the department’s oversight, coordination and threading of work related Clinical & Network Design and Program Operations.

Over Dr. Quach’s career, she has overseen multimillion-dollar portfolios spanning the adult system of care continuum, including prevention and support services, crisis response, outpatient mental health and substance use treatment, and collaborative courts. She has led the design and development of clinical models, outcome-based incentive programs, and innovative services for vulnerable populations.
