Indrani Halder, PhD, MBA is a healthcare executive and population health leader with over 15 years of experience driving innovation at the intersection of clinical care, data science, and digital transformation. She has led strategic initiatives at Fortune 50 health plans, where she oversaw the design and execution of programs integrating behavioral health, physical health, pharmacy, and social determinants of health to support high-need populations, including those with Serious Mental Illness (SMI).

Indrani brings deep expertise in clinical product development, AI-driven analytics, and payer-provider collaboration. She has led multidisciplinary teams to improve care quality, reduce avoidable utilization, and enhance member engagement, while navigating complex regulatory and operational environments. Her work is grounded in a commitment to equitable, person-centered care.

She holds a PhD in Genetics from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and has received national recognition including the NIH Pathway to Independence Award and a Chief Medical Officer’s Operational Excellence Award.
