Coni Dennis serves as SVP, Chief Clinical Officer at CCS Medical, where she leads clinical strategy and advances evidence-based solutions that improve health outcomes and quality performance for health plans, providers, and patients. Prior to joining CCS, she spent 16 years at Humana, where she held leadership roles across clinical strategy, population health, and program development. Coni is passionate about expanding access to high-quality care, improving cardiometabolic health, and reducing the bias and stigma often experienced by people living with chronic conditions.
