Dr. Neimark currently holds the position of Chief Medical Officer at Community Care Behavioral Health. In this role, he provides oversight for multiple teams including the physicians, psychologists, Quality Management, Value Based Purchasing and Pharmacy and is responsible for Community Care’s medical and quality operations. Dr. Neimark joined Community Care in 2019. Prior to Community Care, Dr. Neimark served as Chief Medical Officer of Community Behavioral Health in Philadelphia.

Dr. Neimark completed his undergraduate work at Haverford College, his medical degree at SUNY Downstate where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was elected to AOA and completed his residency including his role as Chief Resident at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Neimark has completed additional training in adult psychoanalysis and continues to have a small practice. He was inducted as a fellow at the Philadelphia College of Physicians and on the clinical faulty at Penn and Drexel.
