Michael Tang, MD, MBA, is the Vice President of Integrated Care at Cityblock Health, and a quadruple board-certified adult psychiatrist, child psychiatrist, addiction medicine physician and pediatrician.  Michael oversees Quality, Population Health and clinical design for Cityblock Health, an integrated value-based healthcare provider for Medicaid and dually eligible beneficiaries.  Michael previously served as the Head of Behavioral Health at Cityblock Health; Chief Behavioral Health Officer at the Dimock Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center and Community Mental Health Agency; and Boston Site Director of Health Leads, a social determinants of health nonprofit organization.  Michael is a graduate of Harvard College, Harvard Medical School, and the Brandeis Heller School for Social Policy and Management.
