dQM’s will increasingly be the starting point not just for NCQA and related CMS quality measurement but for the new scope of clinical data payers will both get and need to best manage network design, prior authorization, and case management. This session discusses architectural choices for clinical data platforms able to power the computational opportunities payers have to improve financial and clinical performance using modern APIs.
