Tracey Wilkie is the Assistant Vice President of Population Health Analytics at UMass Memorial Health, where she leads enterprise analytics strategies that support value-based care, population health management, and performance improvement initiatives.
With a career dedicated to value-based care since 2009, Tracey has been at the forefront of transforming healthcare delivery through data-driven insights. She brings expertise in risk stratification, quality performance measurement, financial modeling, and the alignment of clinical and operational strategy to improve outcomes while reducing total cost of care. Her work bridges analytics and action, empowering providers and healthcare leaders to make informed decisions in increasingly complex reimbursement environments.
Tracey earned her Master’s degree in Economics from Penn State University, where she developed a strong foundation in econometrics and health economics. She is passionate about leveraging advanced analytics to drive sustainable, patient-centered healthcare transformation and to advance the evolution of value-based models nationwide.
