Ashley Basile, Ph.D., is the Chief Product Officer of Clinical Solutions at Availity, where she leads corporate and product strategy for the company’s clinical portfolio. She oversees both the product management and clinical informatics teams. Ashley brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in product development and strategic planning. Prior to joining Availity, she led product and strategy for Optum’s analytics portfolio, where she managed eight enterprise products and launched a flagship solution that integrated clinical and claims data to support population health initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Ashley served as Vice President of Client Analytic Services, where she built and scaled an analytics organization supporting health systems and payers in driving cost reduction and advancing value-based care. Ashley holds a Ph.D. in Health Care Management and Policy from Harvard Business School. Her academic work has earned multiple teaching awards and includes over a dozen published articles, including a widely adopted case study on collaborative accountable care.
