Dr. Katrina Miller Parrish, MD, FAAFP, is a nationally recognized family physician and clinical informaticist with deep expertise in health information technology, data interoperability, and quality improvement. She currently serves as President & Chief Medical Officer at The SSI Group.

Dr. Parrish previously served as Chief Quality and Information Executive at L.A. Care Health Plan, the largest publicly operated health plan in the United States. She is also an appointee to the U.S. Health Information Technology Advisory Committee (HITAC), where she advises the federal government on national health data policy and interoperability standards.

Widely known for her leadership in clinical data interoperability, population health analytics, and payer‑provider data exchange, Dr. Parrish has been featured in industry publications and panels focused on electronic clinical data exchange, value‑based care, and health IT innovation.
