Dr. Arbour is a primary care physician and leader with 20+ years of experience leading quality improvement and innovation movements at national and international scale, in a variety of contexts spanning large hospital health systems, academic medical centers, community health centers, and public health programs.  Her mission is to improve health outcomes and reduce health disparities by improving the quality and experience of healthcare.  At the Center of Excellence for Primary Care at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, she led a strategy to develop a Social Care Team that improved BP control and reduced racial disparities among 200,000 patients receiving care in 14 practices.  As Director of Quality Improvement for HRSA's Home Visiting Collaborative for Improvement and Innovation, she scaled improvements in maternal depression, breastfeeding extension, and early detection of developmental risk in 350 public health agencies in 35 states.  She holds a BA in Biological Anthropology from Swarthmore College, MD from Harvard Medical School and MPH from the T. Chan Harvard School of Public Health.
