Dr. Reena Duseja is currently a Senior Director and Physician Executive at Oracle Health and Life Sciences where she leads IT strategies to improve patient care delivery. Her expertise includes leading cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration with muti-disciplinary teams for a wide array of strategic health care initiatives. She is board certified in Emergency Medicine and has over 25 years of clinical, research, policy, IT, and leadership experience.

Prior to joining Oracle Health, Dr. Duseja held numerous leadership positions in the Federal government. At the Department of Veterans Affairs, she was a Senior Executive as Senior Advisor to the Associate Deputy Under Secretary for Health for Quality and Patient Safety, leading strategic quality and safety initiatives across VA health care system.  She also led interagency initiatives for COVID19 when as  a White House Leadership Fellow at the Office of Management and Budget.  At the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, she had several leadership positions, including Acting Group Director and  Chief Medical Officer of the Quality Measurement and Value-Based Incentives Group, with responsibility for eighteen value-based quality and reporting programs across the care continuum.

Dr. Duseja also held appointments in academia, as an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, where she practiced and taught at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and was funded by the National Institutes of Health to improve patient care coordination and value, as well as at the University of Pennsylvania and George Washington University Medical Center. She is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, George Washington University Medical School, Wharton School of Health Care Management and Economics, and an alum of the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program.
