Chris West, PhD, AGNP-C is a Nurse Practitioner at Open Door Community Health Centers, an FQHC in Rural Northern California.  He serves as the Diabetes Champion for Open Door along with roles as the Medical Informatics Director and Medical Director at the Arcata Community Health Center.  He has a special passion for caring for people with diabetes. Beyond being a busy Primary Care Provider, he sees patients throughout the Open Door system for their diabetes and has extensive experience managing diabetes devices such as Continuous Glucose Monitors and Insulin Pumps.
