Haley provides subject matter expertise in vaccines, preventive services, public health implementation, and healthcare quality to support the objectives of stakeholders across the immunization ecosystem. Her experience in advocacy, partnerships, and state and federal health policy provides a unique perspective on engaging in a rapidly evolving immunization landscape to protect vaccine access.
Prior to joining Avalere Health, Haley was the public health policy manager at IDSA, where she implemented the society’s policy activities around COVID-19, including vaccine authorization and distribution. She also coordinated policy activities to address antimicrobial resistance and emerging infectious diseases through grassroots advocacy efforts. Previously, she was a legislative associate at the Health and Medicine Counsel, where she represented patient advocacy groups and medical specialty societies with members of Congress.
Haley has an MPH from George Washington University and a BA in political science from Indiana University.
