Rich Krutsch is President of Abett, where he leads commercial strategy, strategic partnerships, and client success for one of the most innovative data infrastructure suppliers in the health data sector.  At Abett, Rich works closely with large self-funded employers, consultants, health systems, and solution partners to help them make decisions by unifying disparate fragmented data and turning it into clear, actionable insight.

With more than two decades of experience across healthcare, benefits leadership, consulting, and enterprise analytics, Rich has held senior leadership roles spanning strategy, product, and transformation. He’s particularly known for helping employers and health systems move from reactive cost management to proactive, data-driven decision-making driving outcome and cost performance improvement.

Rich is a frequent speaker, advisor, and collaborator across the employer health ecosystem, engaging with benefits leaders and innovators on topics including value-based care, AI in healthcare, and the future of employer-sponsored benefits.  He serves on numerous boards and holds BA and MBA degrees from the University of Arkansas.
