Chelsea King Arthur is a seasoned health technology executive with more than 15 years
of experience at the intersection of digital health, healthcare interoperability, and health
equity. As Vice President and Head of Product at Moxe Health, she leads product
strategy and innovation for one of healthcare’s leading interoperability platforms. Her
career spans the full breadth of the healthcare ecosystem, with senior leadership roles
at organizations including Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Inovalon, DrFirst, and Get Well.

A recognized expert in population health, AI/ML integration, and health equity, Chelsea
has driven measurable impact throughout her career — including contributions to more
than $130M in revenue growth, a 29% reduction in preterm delivery rates, and solutions
that have reached more than 10 million patients. Her work on maternal health equity
earned White House recognition, and she has been named a Rock Health Top 50
Digital Health Leader.

Beyond her corporate work, Chelsea serves as Board Chair of a Federally Qualified
Health Center, where she applies her expertise to expanding access to care for
underserved communities. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority,
Incorporated.

Chelsea holds a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) and a Master of Science in Healthcare
Administration. She lives in Baltimore with her husband, two children, and their
bernedoodle.
