Dr. Lynn McNally is a doctorate-prepared nurse practitioner with 20+ years of clinical and leadership experience across internal medicine, population health, and integrative oncology.  For the past 4 years, she has led multidisciplinary teams and payer partnerships to translate analytics into action, addressing social drivers of health, closing care gaps, and improving quality and utilization outcomes at Adobe Population Health. 

Previously, at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, she led the integrative and survivorship initiatives, developing technology-enabled care pathways and multidisciplinary programs to support patients beyond treatment. 

Lynn completed a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine and is certified in functional medicine by the Institute for Functional Medicine. She is passionate about bridging frontline clinical experience with system-level strategy to make quality measurable and meaningful.
