Bri Clifford is a Director in NCQA’s Recognition Programs Policy and Resources Department, where she leads a high-performing policy team and supports recognition programs across the full product lifecycle. Her work spans program development, policy design, resource creation, ongoing program maintenance, and education for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across NCQA offerings.
Prior to joining NCQA, Bri worked with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Emergency Management, where she contributed to the development of a GIS mapping tool to track patient movement to HHS-staffed medical facilities in response to natural disasters. She also brings frontline healthcare experience, having managed clinical operations in specialty practices and served her community as a volunteer EMT.
Bri holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from George Mason University
