Danielle leads Elevance Health Foundation’s Food As Medicine pillar, which consists of a $26M portfolio of grants that demonstrate improved health outcomes for individuals with diet-related chronic conditions and create greater access to healthy and nutritious food for those facing food/nutrition insecurity.

Danielle joined the Foundation in 2022, bringing extensive nonprofit experience from her individual giving and business development roles at Riley Children’s Foundation, Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy Association of Arizona, and Make-a-Wish Foundation of America. Danielle has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Anderson University and completed the American Express Leadership Academy at the Arizona State University Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation.
