Kate Grannon, MPH, is a driven public health professional with experience working in healthcare and community-based research and partnering with community organizations. She has strong leadership, strategic planning, project management, and evaluation skills. Kate is passionate about community health, health equity, community engagement, and data-driven decision making specifically tied to food justice and food access. She serves on Fairview’s Community Engagement and Health Equity team and supports the Center for Community Health Equity.
