Jolene Tanner is the senior director of community health and social impact programs for UnitedHealth Group. She collaborates with health care providers, community-based organizations, and cross-sector partners at local and national levels to design and implement community health strategies that address health disparities, expand access to care, and support sustainable collective impact. Jolene’s earlier career in human resources leadership informs her approach to partnership, health care workforce development, and organizational effectiveness. She holds a MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Psychology from the University of St. Catherine.
