Marlene McIntyre currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Digital Solutions at NCQA, where she leads digital products and initiatives focused on advancing trusted data, modernizing quality measurement, and accelerating the transition to digital quality.

Marlene is an industry veteran with more than 20+ years of experience spanning the intersection of payers, provider organizations, integrated delivery networks, and healthcare technology organizations, from which she brings a unique cross-sector perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing healthcare today. A nurse by training, Marlene combines clinical insight with executive leadership to help organizations move toward more connected, timely, and actionable approaches to improving quality.

Her work focuses on digital quality measurement, data quality and trust, interoperability, product strategy, and reducing the operational burden of quality reporting while improving confidence in the data driving healthcare decisions.
