Dr. Erica Barnell, MD, PhD, is Co-Founder and Chief Medical & Science Officer of Geneoscopy, where she leads the company's clinical, regulatory, and scientific strategy. She helped lead the development of ColoSense®, the first FDA-approved RNA-based at-home RNA colorectal cancer screening test, from concept through commercialization. Her work focuses on advancing evidence-based, noninvasive diagnostics that improve access to preventive care and population health outcomes. Dr. Barnell earned her MD and PhD from Washington University School of Medicine, has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications.
