Don Trigg has spent more than two decades at the intersection of healthcare and information technology. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Veradigm, a clinical and revenue cycle solution leader with over 20,000 independent provider practices nationwide.
Before joining Veradigm, Trigg served as Chief Executive Officer of Apree Health, scaling a multi-state advanced primary care model with industry-leading clinical quality and patient satisfaction. Prior to Apree Health, he was the President of Fortune 500 Cerner Corporation with over $5 billion in revenue, leading the electronic medical record, revenue cycle and strategic growth businesses, which included the high-growth health network and life sciences businesses.
Trigg has an entrepreneurial passion for scaling early-stage companies not only at Apree Health leading up to its acquisition by Elevance, but also natural language processing pioneer CodeRyte leading up to its acquisition by 3M. He currently serves on the board of Berkshire Partners-backed Mosai Health.
Finally, as Washington's role in healthcare grows, Trigg spent a decade in senior legislative and executive branch roles in Washington, D.C. including more than four years working for Governor and President George W. Bush.
Trigg graduated from St Lawrence University where he played varsity tennis. He is the co-author of The New Health Economy (Georgetown University Press). He and his wife are active in a set of philanthropic efforts focused on tackling healthcare affordability.
